AttainXR Develops New STEM Applications for ClassVR Xcelerate

AttainXR has developed two new immersive STEM learning applications specifically for Avantis Education and its ClassVR Xcelerate headset: Dissection Lab and Molecule Builder.

Building on AttainXR’s existing immersive learning simulations, the new applications have been adapted and developed specifically for the ClassVR Xcelerate platform and will be available as part of Avantis Education’s new EduverseSTEM offering.

Biology Dissection Lab gives students the opportunity to explore anatomy and conduct virtual dissections in an immersive environment, providing access to experiences that can be difficult or costly to deliver in a traditional classroom.

Chemistry Molecule Builder enables students to construct and manipulate molecular structures in 3D, helping make abstract chemistry concepts more tangible and easier to understand.

The applications take advantage of Xcelerate’s six-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) capabilities, allowing students to interact naturally with immersive STEM content. Xcelerate is designed by ClassVR for interactive learning in high school and college environments.  Both applications are highly detailed, multi-step learning exercises built to global standards.

The new applications are part of the growing ClassVR immersive learning ecosystem and reinforce AttainXR’s focus on creating interactive learning experiences that help students learn by doing.
