AttainXR is acquiring existing VR training applications across aviation, CTE, and STEM to support immersive training for vocational and high school students.
AttainXR is building a portfolio of immersive learning applications across aviation, CTE, and STEM. The goal is straightforward: give schools, community colleges and corporate training organizations access to high quality immersive applications and support them with maintenance, ongoing development, platform support, and training.
Many schools and training organizations have invested in VR headsets or flat screen learning labs. They have seen how effective immersive training is for learners with shorter attention spans or who have difficulty learning through books and handouts.
As the industry's focus has shifted away from VR and established VR businesses like Xennial have been forced to cease operations, many customers that own the rights to their applications are left without a partner. AttainXR is building that support structure so educators can keep using the applications they depend on without disruption.
Since opening, Attain has negotiated multiple contracts to acquire the rights to modify and commercialize existing VR applications. Immersive training is a complicated environment, even for organizations with strong technical skills. Updates to the core engines like Unity and Unreal need to be applied. Changes to the delivery platforms like Meta Managed Services, ArborXR and ManageXR need to be implemented. Distribution requires marketing, customer education, and support.
Customers can expect regular maintenance, continued development, and direct training support. Through QR Studio AI, AttainXR also provides platform infrastructure for user access, group sessions, and analytics.
Immersive learning remains effective because it gives students a more active way to build understanding. A survey of more than 1,400 high school teachers by the XR Association and ISTE found that 82% consider XR learning tools well-designed and capable of delivering high-quality academic content.
That matters in fields like aviation, CTE, and STEM, where learners often benefit from visual, interactive, and repeatable practice. For many students, hands-on experience is a better path to confidence than reading alone.
AttainXR plans to continue expanding its portfolio by acquiring additional applications and helping commercialize them with stronger maintenance, development, platform management, and training. The aim is to make immersive learning easier to adopt, sustain, and scale across technical education.
